The Jersey Shore

We’re home from the most wonderful vacation!  We went to the pristine town of Cape May, and boy was it beautiful!

Oh there was lots of beach time!  But so much more!

We biked alot, and the kids had a blast riding along!

We used the bikes to go all over!  We found a great little coffee shop, Higher Grounds, with delicious fair trade coffee and tea.  The kids loved to bike down for an organic, gooey chocolate chip cookie in the afternoon.

Summer and I also biked 3 miles out to the Cape May Lighthouse.  It was a great little trip for us to do together; sometimes it’s nice to spend extra time with just one.

That’s little red dot at the bottom is Summer 😉

It was a great town to visit with the kids: Arcades, salt water taffy, mini-golf and ice cream.  What says summer vacation more than that?

Eli, I love you. And I love this picture, so it must be blogged. My apologies.

And of course the deeeeeeeeeelicious (sea!) food!!

Family + Beach.  What could be better?

And now we’re home.  It’s a rush of dance registration, kindergarten orientation, getting work shirts pressed, work, work, work at the new house, and lots of other things to button up before…….*gulp* Autumn is here!!!!!!!
